Office Disposal

January 2024

Having advised on the acquisition in 2016, Zaman Roberts has completed the sale of Bollin Court in Lymm to an undisclosed buyer. The price achieved was £800,000 which reflects a capital value of £130 per sq ft

December 2023

Acting on behalf of Urban Splash, Zaman Roberts has sold a car park investment in Stalybridge for an undisclosed sum.

Industrial Acquisition

December 2023

Following Practical Completion of the units pre-let to DPD and DHL, the acquisition of the final two phases at Preston EAST has completed. The development is the region’s best-located logistics site, just metres from Junction 31A of the M6.

In aggregate, Preston East extends to 223,000 sq ft and was delivered by HBD and Barnfield Construction. The transaction saw the acquisition of three fully let buildings and a development plot, with an overall WAULT in the region of 16 years.
